This 14×14” mixed media collage, created with handmade papers, magazine imagery, fabric, trim, and shimmering gold foil, explores the beauty of vulnerability and the richness it brings to our relationships.

Each material is layered with care, creating depth and dimension that mirrors the human experience. The textures reflect the layers we often keep hidden—but when light touches them, they shimmer. Finished with clear gel and varnish, the piece radiates quiet strength and emotional warmth.
